These Terms of Use govern access to and use of PlaneCare websites, digital platforms, software services, online tools, mobile experiences, customer portals and related content.

Welcome to PlaneCare International, LLC (“PlaneCare,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PlaneCare websites, digital platforms, software services, online tools, mobile experiences, customer portals, and related content (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

PlaneCare International, LLC was founded in August 2020 and provides aviation technology, aircraft evaluation services, inspection systems, software tools, autonomous inspection capabilities, operational support technologies, and related products and services.

6. Software Tools and Digital Services

PlaneCare may provide software tools, analytics platforms, calculators, inspection technologies, and AI-enabled services.

Outputs generated by software tools:

  • Are advisory only.
  • May rely on user-provided inputs.
  • May contain assumptions or estimation logic.
  • Require independent verification.
Unless expressly stated otherwise: this software is not approved for operational control, dispatch release, airworthiness determinations, or flight release authority.

Users assume all responsibility for use of outputs.

7. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Services

Certain PlaneCare tools may incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning systems, predictive analytics, computer vision, or automated decision-support capabilities.

Users acknowledge:

  • AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies.
  • Machine learning models evolve over time.
  • Recommendations are advisory.
  • Human review remains necessary.

PlaneCare does not guarantee prediction accuracy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, designs, trademarks, logos, technologies, source code, data structures, algorithms, videos, photographs, and materials are owned by PlaneCare or its licensors.

This includes:

  • PlaneCare®
  • FuelSmart Pro™
  • Bravo X™
  • FlightLab™
  • Cypher™

No ownership rights transfer through use of the Site. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. User Content

If users submit comments, files, photographs, inspection information, messages, feedback, or data, you grant PlaneCare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, process, analyze, and improve services.

You represent that submitted content is accurate, does not violate laws, does not infringe rights, and does not contain malicious content.

10. Confidential Information

Submission of information through the Site does not automatically establish confidentiality obligations.

Unless a separate written agreement exists, including a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), information submitted may not be treated as confidential.

11. Third-Party Services

The Site may contain links to third-party services, software providers, APIs, aviation resources, partners, or external websites.

PlaneCare does not control external content, is not responsible for external practices, and does not endorse third-party accuracy. Access is at user risk.

13. Privacy

Use of the Site is subject to PlaneCare Privacy Policy.

By using the Site, users consent to collection and processing practices described therein.

14. Security

Users agree not to attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability scanning, security testing, circumvention of authentication, or credential harvesting.

PlaneCare reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” PlaneCare disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and continuous availability.

No guarantee is made that services will remain uninterrupted, information is error free, or defects will be corrected.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaneCare shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, operational disruptions, aircraft downtime, business interruption, loss of data, or regulatory penalties.

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to PlaneCare within the previous twelve months.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlaneCare and its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors from claims arising from your Site use, violations of these Terms, regulatory violations, or user-submitted content.

18. Modifications

PlaneCare reserves the right to modify website content, features, technologies, services, and these Terms.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting.

19. Suspension and Termination

PlaneCare may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, suspected fraud, or harmful activity.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Exclusive jurisdiction shall reside in courts located within Florida.
